If you're mechanically inclined and enjoy precision, hands-on work, this is an excellent opportunity to build high-quality commercial products in a clean, safety-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Install and evaluate commercial door hardware (locks, hinges, closers, handles) Assist in fabrication and assembly of aluminum commercial doors Interpret technical drawings and layout plans Perform detailed quality inspections Troubleshoot hardware or fabrication issues Follow safety procedures and shop standards Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude Experience operating saws and shop equipment Ability to read technical drawings Experience with micrometers and inspection tools preferred Ability to lift materials as required Strong attention to detail Team-oriented with ability to work independently Benefits 401(k) with company match Health, dental & vision insurance Paid time off Growth opportunities Must be able to pass a drug test. 2790LI Express Office: Washington County 168 West Chestnut Street Washington, PA 15301
