Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in
innovative packaging solutions, is seeking a dedicated Assistant
Machine Operator to join their team. As an Assistant Machine
Operator, you will be an integral part of the production department
supporting the extrusion and printing processes. The ideal
candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, excellent
teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align
successfully within the organization. Job Title: Assistant Machine
Operator Location: Hanover, PA Pay Range: $22.23/hour Shift:
7:00pm-7:00am Rotating schedule of 12 hour shifts 3 days on, two
days off, two days on, three days off What's the Job? Assist the
Press Operator on flexographic printing presses to produce
high-quality printed rolls of film according to company and
customer specifications Start and operate Spin Welding machines,
making necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation and product
quality Inspect welded cartridges for weld integrity, proper
trimming, and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with quality
standards Perform repairs and replace parts on Spin welders, ACOs,
Scrapers, and Conveyors/Elevators as needed Conscientiously observe
all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work
environment What's Needed? 2 to 3 years of experience operating
manufacturing machinery Proficiency with basic machine shop tools
and troubleshooting skills Ability to work well under pressure and
in a team-oriented environment Physical ability to lift up to 50
lbs and work 12-hour shifts Manual dexterity for operating
machinery and computers What's in it for me? Competitive pay of
