Job Description:

A company is looking for a Triage Associate for their Federal Service Center.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide participant intake triage and consultation via calls or website chat
Respond sensitively and compassionately to participants, utilizing excellent listening skills and strong customer service skills
Create real-time documentation, maintain call and chat standards, and follow up on priority cases

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

Bachelor's degree in social services, behavioral health, psychology, social work, or a related field
Working towards a master's degree
Experience in a high-paced environment and proficiency in using multiple technology applications
