We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a New Apartment Home Leasing Specialist in a Resort Living Lifestyle community.
Position Overview:The New Home Leasing Specialist (Lifestyle Specialist) is responsible for sales and closing activity that meets or exceeds expectations by understanding prospect needs and representing Jubilation by Silver Companies during the sales process from inquiry to move in. Key Responsibilities:1. Meets and exceeds individual sales and productivity expectations2. Ensures that all prospect inquiries are promptly and effectively responded to, and that ongoing communication is then is maintained in accordance with designated time frames3. Maintain positive customer service attitude4. Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our luxury appointed Apartment Homes, Jubilation group clubs and surrounding community, lush with active adult amenities.5. Promote goodwill among prospects, residents, coworkers, and contractors.6. Utilizes CRM effectively by promptly inputting data and uses the system to manage assigned lead base7. Generates adequate presentations by effective prospecting. This can include phone outs, referral generation, use of e-mail, home visits, etc.8. Staffs the office to meet business needs which may include evenings, weekends and holidays9. Communicates with key influencers impacting the buying decision10. Participates in marketing events as directed by the Lifestyle Manager11. Follows processes and procedures as set forth; to include collecting proper documentation for potential and future members, and work in conjunction with other team members to ensure future member(s) experience a smooth move-in.12. Understands and articulately represents all documents related to residency, including Lease Agreement, 55+ policy, addendums, etc.13. Assumes responsibilities for personal work areas and maintaining areas in a presentable manner14. Always maintains a professional appearance
Qualifications:--- Previous experience in sales and Active Adult or senior living is recommended.--- Previous use of a CRM is preferred.---Experience in all Microsoft Office Applications---Excellent verbal and written communication skills---Solid presentation skills (small and large group)---Strong closing skills--- Strong interpersonal skills.--- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.--- Detail-oriented and highly organized.--- Knowledge of the Fredericksburg, VA market is a plus.--- Strong desire to meet and exceed Company & Community Goals.
