About the Role At Decoded (a Monks company), the Senior Art Director is a strategic thinker, conceptual leader, and craft expert. You bring a sharp creative POV, a collaborative spirit, and the experience to own projects from ideation through production. You’ve spent time shaping campaigns across multiple platforms, and you know how to turn big ideas into even bigger results. You’re comfortable taking the reins in client conversations, guiding junior creatives, and delivering smart, brand-building work. Your ideas are grounded in insight and culture—and you know how to make them resonate through storytelling, design, and execution. Work Location: This position requires working onsite at our Los Angeles office every Wednesday, with the potential for additional onsite days as business needs evolve. Responsibilities: Concepting & Campaign Development Lead the development of compelling, insight-driven concepts for integrated campaigns across channels (social, digital, experiential, video, print, etc.) Collaborate closely with strategy, account, and production teams to turn briefs into bold ideas Push creative boundaries while staying true to client goals and brand voice At Monks, we believe in fostering an environment where a diversity of perspectives can thrive.
