Summary: We’re seeking a self-driven Marketing Coordinator to join
a global Association in Washington, DC. This is long-term, fully
remote contract role that will last at least a year, probably
longer. As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the marketing,
logistics and production of webinars, expo partnerships, and other
virtual events and lead generation products including white papers,
e-books, quizzes, and surveys. In addition to production
responsibilities, this role includes reporting key metrics to
stakeholders, assisting with marketing efforts to promote lead
generation products to advertisers, supporting advertising sales
representatives, and managing digital advertising across the
company’s online platforms. This is a fully remote position , but
you must currently reside in AL, AR, DC, FL, GA, NC, MA, MD, MO,
MS, OH, OK, TN, TX or VA. Applicants residing in other states will
not be considered. Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities: Work
with webinar technology vendors and sponsors from kickoff through
planning and post-campaign wrap-up for virtual and in-person events
for over 50 events. Serve as a primary contact to answer questions
and resolve issues. Monitor campaign performance and provide timely
wrap-up reports to clients and the sales team. Maintain and
coordinate the annual calendar of upcoming campaigns for webinars
and other lead generation products. Ensure the calendar includes
key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign status, and updates in
the project management tool Asana. Collaborate with internal and
external designers to produce branded assets such as emails, ads,
and online banners. Prepare marketing collateral including emails
and landing pages using HTML and our marketing automation platform.
Work with external agency on social campaigns that drive site
traffic and conversions. Collaborate and monitor campaign
performance and creative creation. Work with the revenue marketing
team to support lead generation and digital-focused revenue
marketing campaigns. Create and update sales collateral including
the online media kit, promotional emails and assets. Support
content marketing efforts in maintaining online media kit,
uploading content and case studies and manage newsletter campaigns.
Work with the revenue marketing team on expo marketing collateral,
campaigns and website content. Work with the ad ops team on
campaign activations and reporting. Support marketing and sales
team on reporting, client requests and research as needed. Lead the
campaign development and execution of expo partnerships. Coordinate
logistics and timelines with internal teams and external partners
to ensure successful delivery of expo-related campaigns. Support
sponsor onboarding and activation, including pre-event promotion,
onsite branding, lead capture, and post-event reporting.
Collaborate with events, sales and marketing teams to ensure
alignment and event goals are pacing. Marketing Coordinator
Qualifications: 2-5 years’ experience required. College degree or
equivalent relevant experience. Has excellent organizational skills
and client-facing experience. Proficiency in HTML, Wordpress, and
marketing automation tools, with Eloqua preferred. Experience with
graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite. Strong
attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication
skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight
deadlines. Proven ability to build strong relationships with
clients and sales teams. Travel to shows may be required. This job
is Hybrid Remote. Pay Range: Hourly $25.00 to $30.00 We offer
