Job Title: Paid Media Strategy Consultant Location-Type: Remote Start Date Is: ASAP Duration: Contract (Through June 30, 2026; 5-10 hours per week to start) Compensation Range: $60/hr - $68/hr W2 Job Description: This role leads paid digital strategy for a niche, high-intent healthcare service provider competing against a long-established legacy treatment model. The consultant will audit, optimize, and scale paid media programs with a strong focus on increasing insurance-qualified, diagnosis-qualified lead volume not vanity conversions. This is a strategic consulting engagement focused on performance analysis, structural optimization, and scalable acquisition strategy across Google and Meta paid channels. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Conduct full audit of existing Google Ads account structure, campaign strategy, and budget allocation Evaluate keyword strategy and positioning within a highly competitive and legacy-dominated market Identify structural inefficiencies causing diminishing returns at higher spend levels Develop scalable paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads and Meta platforms Improve conversion tracking accuracy, attribution modeling, and CRM integration Analyze conversion pathways and identify funnel drop-off points Optimize for high-intent, qualified leads rather than total conversion volume Advise leadership on scaling paid media investment from ~$30K $90K monthly spend Refine geographic targeting across priority markets (DMV and New Jersey) Partner with internal contractor, designer, content, and engineering teams to implement strategy Deliver clear, actionable roadmap to scale qualified pipeline growth Apply a highly analytical, data-driven approach to performance optimization Requirements: Must-Haves: 8 years of paid media experience with deep expertise in Google Ads strategy and optimization Proven success scaling paid media programs in competitive, constrained, or niche industries Hands-on experience managing and optimizing $30K–$100K monthly Google Ads budgets Strong track record improving cost-per-qualified-lead performance , not just traffic or conversion volume Deep understanding of: Conversion tracking and attribution modeling CRM integration and offline conversion tracking Lead qualification metrics and funnel optimization Website tracking and analytics tools Experience auditing and restructuring underperforming paid media accounts Experience advising startups or helping rebuild digital strategy from early-stage or transition environments Strong analytical and quantitative mindset Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to grammar and detail Independent operator comfortable delivering candid, direct feedback Nice-to-Haves: Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or autism-related services Understanding of insurance-driven marketing or diagnosis-gated lead funnels Experience competing against dominant or monopoly-like legacy brands Background in performance marketing for high-intent, high-consideration services SEO collaboration experience (not required to be technical SEO owner) Experience working in startup or post-rebuild marketing environments
