Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Financial Analyst 2.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial aspects of benefit plan administration and vendor
relationships
Process benefits invoices and set up new vendors
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Finance and
Accounting
Qualifications:
4-6 years of benefits analytical experience and experience with
managing large self-insured health plans
Experience in managing various health plans such as ACO, HDHP, HMO,
PPO, Ex-Pat, and Retiree Health Plans preferred
Strong knowledge of medical plan funding arrangements
Ability to effectively manage vendor partners
Deep understanding of local, state, and federal benefit regulations
and contract requirements
