Job Description:
Ted Britt Automotive Group, a leader in the automotive
dealership industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced New Car
Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving excellence. Our

brand. As a New Car Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in
forging the success path of our sales department, leveraging your
expertise to enhance our market presence and drive our revenues.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales
targets for new vehicles. Maintain a deep understanding of
automotive market trends and updates on incoming inventory.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers, ensuring a
satisfying experience that promotes customer loyalty. Oversee the
recruitment, training, and development of the sales team to ensure
they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Coordinate with the marketing department to create promotional
campaigns and advertising strategies. Manage budgets and forecasts
relating to the sales department, providing regular reports to
senior management. Ensure compliance with automotive sales laws and
regulations. Advanced knowledge of automotive sales processes and
customer relationship management. Strong leadership and team
management capabilities. Excellent negotiation and communication
skills. High ability to analyze performance data and market trends.
Proficient in automotive CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

qualifications. Relevant automotive manufacturer’s certification is
a plus.
