seeking high-performing Real Estate Team Leaders and experienced
Broker Associates to partner with our brokerage. We provide the
operational infrastructure, lead generation systems, and
administrative leverage necessary for existing teams to scale their
production without increasing their overhead. We are not looking to
micromanage your business; we are here to power it. Why Move Your
Team to Hometown Realty: Operational Leverage: We handle the
backend transaction coordination and compliance so you can focus on
revenue-generating activities. Scalable Lead Generation: Plug your
agents into our proven lead systems to ensure consistent deal flow
for your team members. Brand Autonomy: We offer custom branding
support that allows you to maintain your team's unique identity
while leveraging our brokerage's reputation. Office Training:
Access to collaborative office space and high-level training to
help you recruit and retain talent. Responsibilities: Lead and
mentor a team of real estate agents to hit production targets.
Oversee sales pipeline and ensure high conversion rates on
company-provided leads. Negotiate contracts and manage high-level
client relationships. Recruit and train new agents to join your
team structure. Requirements: Active Real Estate License
(Required). Proven history of high sales volume or team management
experience. Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Existing team
structure is a plus, but not required (we can help you build).
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year (Commission Team
Overrides) Competitive split structure with no hidden franchise
