What You’ll Do - Work warm inbound buyer leads (Zillow Flex online database) - Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments - Show homes, write offers, and negotiate contracts - Follow our structured daily schedule for lead follow-up and pipeline management - Use Follow Up Boss to track all communication, notes, and tasks - Attend weekly meetings, script sessions, and coaching check-ins - Deliver a client experience that generates repeat business and referrals What You Bring - Active Maryland real estate license (or near completion) - Full-time commitment - Strong communication skills - Coachable and consistent - Ability to follow systems and track numbers - Evening and weekend availability - Reliable transportation Compensation and Growth Path This is a commission-based position with high earning potential tied directly to performance—not inflated ranges or unrealistic promises.
