Prior acute care experience. Prior Oasis documentation experience Must have acute or long-term care experience and skills. expeded daily visit volume of 6/day) Flu Vaccine Required COVID-19 Vaccine: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Charting System: Oasis Weekend requirement: Every other Floating required. Rapid Response team experience required. Total joints experience required. Community Hospital LTAC Experience: Required Trauma Level I Experience: Preferred Trauma Level II Experience: Preferred Travel Experience : Must have prior recent skilled home care experience.
